Step 1

  • Preheat the oven to 350 Degrees fahrenheit.
  • Spary a muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.

Step 2

  • Crack Eggs in 6 muffin slots.
  • Use a fork to break up the yolk.
  • Then bake for 12 minutes.

Step 3

  • Meanwhile  Place Veggie Sausage on one small sheet Pan 
  • Ciabatta Rolls on a separate Pan.

Step 4

  • Heat bread 
  • veggie Sausage in oven For 8 minutes.

Remove all ingredients from oven and assemble sandwich by layering sausage, Egg and a slice of cheese on each sandwich.
